Doughnuts Due to Driving Drunk
In Pittsburgh, Ohio a 24-year-old man was caught on snow- and ice-covered Beaver County Airport runway spinning his car in circles. The driver ignored police orders to stop his erratic driving on the runway.
Eventually he stopped and pulled into a parking lot. There he told the police he had permission from the Federal Aviation Administration to test brakes on the runway. The man faces DUI and other charges. As Reported Yahoo News.com.
