Drunken Man Finds Comfort in Another Bed
In Washington, D.C a drunk man did the right thing by not getting behind the wheel of a car and instead took the bus. However, he got off on the wrong stop and mistakenly entered the wrong home that had its front door unlocked. He proceeded to have a leftover crab cake and continued off to bed.
Later that night the homeowners came home and discovered crumbs in the kitchen and a stranger in their bed upstairs. The husband turned the lights on and the man still did not stir. The family left the home and called the police.
When the police arrived, they woke the man and after he realized what he did he said twice that he was sorry. The police learned that he lost his job about three weeks earlier. Based on this information and no harm to the family they decided not to press charges for his mistake. The family even packed up some ribs and leftover soup to give him. Reported by Yahoo News.
