Flatulence Follow-up
It appears that the Kanawha County prosecutor’s office came to their senses and dismissed the Battery charge against the man (As reported Yahoo News) who passed an intestinal gas bomb that offended the officer. Hopefully the air is clear on this criminal allegation and West Virginia will not be amending its laws to allow for criminalization of breaking wind.
