Heather Locklear arrested on suspicion of DUI
It is alleged that on Saturday September 28, 2008 a California resident called the police and ported observing her drive erratically after leaving a parking lot. An officer found her car parked on the highway. The officer approached and believed she was under the influence of something. Thereafter she was tested for suspicion of driving under the influence, possibly prescription medication. Reported by Yahoo News.
