Man Arrested Over 1000 Times
In Kentucky there is a man who has been arrested more than 1000 times and its not even Otis Campbell from TVs popular The Andy Griffith Show. This man has a literal revolving door to the jail. It seems his first arrest occurred around July 1970 and since then he has continued with this behavior. As reported in The Smoking Gun.
Currently he is 58 years of age. Much of his actions are attributed to alcohol and public intoxication. It appears that Kentucky does not have a three strikes your out policy against crime.
