Permission to Smoke ‘Em. . . Marijuana?
A lady in Muncie, Indiana was stopped for a traffic ticket when she asked the police officer for permission to smoke. The Officer said yes. However, the Trooper began to smell something other than tobacco. That smell was marijuana.
It appears she decided to light-up a marijuana joint instead of the approved and legal tobacco cigarette. The officer immediately arrested her for charge of possession of paraphernalia. As Reported by The Star Press.com
