Two Drunk Drivers for the Price of One
Police in Fargo, N.D. pulled over a 23-year-old man early in the morning because they suspected he driving drunk (impaired). They identified him and began performing DUI observations and sobriety tests.
There was a passenger in the car, a 24-year-old. For whatever reason the passenger got behind the wheel and tried to drive off. The police acted quickly and stopped him. Tested him and arrested him for DUI - Drunken Driving. Reported by KFGO.com.
Both were taken to the County jail. The passenger would have been okay and probably allowed to call a cab or friend if they had just stayed put int eh passenger seat.
