Judge Dismisses Claims of Copyright Infringment Against Veoh

Judge Howard R. Lloyd Federal Northern California ruled that video-sharing service Veoh Networks Inc. is not liable for copyright infringement for material that was uploaded to its Web site. The Judge dismissed the case that was filed in 2006.
