Permission to Smoke ‘Em. . . Marijuana?
Monday, December 8th, 2008A lady in Muncie, Indiana was stopped for a traffic ticket when she asked the police officer for permission to smoke. The Officer said yes. However, the Trooper began to smell something other than tobacco. That smell was marijuana.
It appears she decided to light-up a marijuana joint instead of the approved and legal tobacco cigarette. [...]
